We've long considered this land to be some of the nicest in the world. It fronts on the Atlantic Ocean with a 1200' foot long beach so private that footprints in the sand are rare. The white sand is so soft and clean that it's hard to believe, and the turquoise Exuma seas are crystal clear.
In the middle of the property there's a pond, surrounded by coconut palm trees. Ducks and wading birds live there, and an Osprey sleeps in a dead tree at the East end of the property. Yesterday we saw another Osprey sitting in the casurina pine tree in front of our house. Tidal creeks at the back of the property lead to some of the finest bonefishing flats in the world.
